Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, making payment or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and other policies displayed on this website.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or confirm any booking.

Nature of Services

Singh Saarthi provides and/or coordinates mobility-related services including local rental, intercity travel, airport transfers, corporate bookings, tour packages, dharmik yatra packages and ambulance-related mobility support. Some services may be provided through associated vehicle owners, drivers, vendors, travel partners or service operators.

Service availability may vary by city, route, date, vehicle category, driver availability, road condition, legal restrictions, weather, festival season, emergency demand and operational feasibility.

Enquiry, Quotation and Information Accuracy

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a confirmed booking. Quotations shared through phone, WhatsApp, email or website may depend on vehicle availability, route, distance, date, pickup time, waiting time, package inclusions, tolls, taxes and extra charges.

You are responsible for providing correct travel details, contact details, passenger count, pickup address, drop address, flight/train details, patient requirement, corporate requirement and package preference.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is treated as confirmed only after our team confirms availability and, where applicable, receives advance payment or written confirmation from the customer or corporate client. A booking number, invoice, receipt, WhatsApp confirmation or email confirmation may be issued for confirmed bookings.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any enquiry or booking if information is incomplete, suspicious, unlawful, operationally infeasible or beyond available service coverage.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must be available at the pickup location on time, carry valid identification where required, follow lawful instructions of the driver or service operator, avoid overloading, avoid damage to vehicle, avoid unlawful goods or activities and ensure passengers behave respectfully.

For airport transfers, customers are responsible for sharing correct airport, terminal, flight number and arrival/departure time. For ambulance support, attendants must share correct patient condition and hospital details.

Pricing, Payments and Extra Charges

Fares may include base fare, distance charges, package charges, waiting charges, night charges, driver allowance, tolls, parking, permits, state tax, GST if applicable and other route-specific charges. The final payable amount may change if travel details, route, time, distance, duration, pickup/drop point or service requirement changes.

Payments may be collected through cash, bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway or other approved modes. Non-payment, delayed payment or payment failure may lead to booking cancellation or service refusal.

Vehicle, Driver and Operational Changes

Vehicle images, category names and package descriptions are indicative. We may assign an equivalent or higher category vehicle depending on availability. Driver details may be shared closer to pickup time. Driver or vehicle may be changed for operational, safety or legal reasons.

Customers must not demand unsafe driving, illegal parking, over-speeding, route violations, overloading or any activity prohibited by law.

Delays, Route Changes and Force Majeure

Singh Saarthi is not responsible for delays or losses caused by traffic, road closure, accident, strike, bandh, weather, natural disaster, government restriction, police checking, vehicle breakdown, medical emergency, public unrest, act of God or any event beyond reasonable control.

If the customer changes route, adds stops, extends time, changes destination, delays pickup or increases distance, additional charges may apply.

Prohibited Use

Services must not be used for unlawful activities, transport of prohibited goods, harassment, violence, illegal substances, unsafe conduct, evasion of law, damage to property, impersonation, fraudulent booking, abusive communication or any activity that risks safety of passengers, driver, vehicle or public.

We may cancel service immediately and report matters to competent authorities if unlawful or unsafe conduct is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Singh Saarthi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses including missed flights, missed meetings, loss of profit, business interruption or emotional distress arising from delay, cancellation, route issue, vehicle issue or external event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website design, text, images, graphics, icons, service descriptions, package structure, brand name and other content belong to Singh Saarthi or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, misuse or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights available under applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal provisions, courts and competent forums at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, enquiries, quotations, bookings, payments or services.
